UGC NET June 2026 is one of India's most important national-level eligibility tests for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professorship in Central / State Universities. Conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency), the exam is held twice a year — June and December. The June 2026 cycle notification is expected to be released soon at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. All PG (Master's degree) holders with 55%+ marks are eligible.

A. April–May 2026 mein notification expected hai. ugcnet.nta.ac.in official site hai. Yeh page update hoga jab notification aayegi.

A. JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) — PhD funding + ₹37,000/month stipend. Asst. Professor eligibility — Central/State University mein teaching post ke liye.

A. Any Master's degree 55%+ marks (General). OBC/SC/ST/PwD ke liye 50%.

A. Paper I: 50 MCQs (100 marks) — Teaching/Research Aptitude. Paper II: 100 MCQs (200 marks) — Subject Specific. Total 3 hours. No negative marking.

A. Assistant Professor ke liye: unlimited. JRF ke liye: age limit 30 years tak.
