The merit list will be prepared based on average of 10th class marks + ITI marks (50% each weightage) — no written exam, no interview. Merit list will be uploaded at scr.indianrailways.gov.in. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification (DV) at Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad.

⚠️ Previous Cycle Cut-off Reference (2024-25):

In the 2024-25 cycle, the merit cut-off for popular trades like Fitter and Electrician typically ranged between 75-90% combined average. Highly competitive — maximize both 10th and ITI marks for shortlisting.

The merit list will be published unit-wise and trade-wise. Candidates can check by their registration number. DV call letters will be downloadable from the official portal after merit list release.

Documents required for Document Verification (DV) — carry ALL in original + 2 self-attested photocopies:

7	PwBD Certificate (if applicable)	From Medical Board / District Medical Officer.
8	Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable)	Discharge Certificate from Armed Forces.
9	Medical Fitness Certificate	From Government-authorized doctor (Gazetted, not below Assistant Surgeon level).
10	Aadhaar Card	For identity verification. Aadhaar number used in application must match.
11	Passport-size Photographs	Recent, same as uploaded in application form (minimum 4 copies).
12	DV Call Letter (e-Call Letter)	Downloaded from official RRC-SCR portal. Print and carry.
