Technician trades: for Chemical (code 17) the accepted NCVT trades are Chemical; Attendant Operator (Chemical); Instrument Mechanic (Chemical); Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical Plant); Laboratory Assistant (Chemical). Boiler Attendant (code 20) needs NCVT NAC in the trade plus a First Class Boiler Attendant certificate.
Drivers: experience must be after getting a valid licence; part-time experience is not counted. HVD applicants from States/UTs where a Public Service Badge is not mandatory must obtain it within three months of joining.
