SBI states that vacancies are indicative. PwBD reservations are horizontal and included in the parent category. For five posts - RM Team Lead, Investment Specialist, Investment Officer, VP Wealth and AVP Wealth - applicants must give three different circle preferences.
Application Fee
- UR / EWS / OBC: Rs. 750 (non-refundable).
- SC / ST / PwBD: No fee or intimation charge.
After final submission/payment, editing is restricted. Retain the generated application and e-receipt.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: SBI decides the shortlisting parameters; meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
- Interview: One or more rounds may be conducted in personal, telephonic or video mode. Interview carries 100 marks.
- CTC negotiation: Conducted at the time of interview or separately after the interview process.
- Merit: Final merit is based on interview marks only. At the cut-off tie, the older candidate ranks higher.
Contract
The contract period is 5 years and may be renewed for another 4 years at SBI discretion, subject to conditions. CTC is negotiable within the notified upper ranges and depends on experience, current emoluments and place of posting.
No Written Examination
The notification does not specify a banking CBT. Preparation should be role-specific and evidence-led.
