Preferential qualifications
When other factors are equal, preference generally goes to candidates with at least two years in the Territorial Army or an NCC B certificate. Cooperative Agriculture Supervisor also lists recognised cooperative training; Gram Panchayat Adhikari also lists a rural background. Preference does not replace mandatory eligibility.

The 8 December deadline is for fee reconciliation and permitted corrections; it is not an extension for fresh applications or fee payment. At the application stage, only an online processing charge of Rs 25 is payable (UR, OBC, SC and ST alike); freedom-fighter dependants, ex-servicemen, women, PwBD and outstanding-sportsperson candidates pay according to their underlying category. PET 2025 and Qualification Conditions
Candidates must have appeared in PET 2025 and received its scorecard. Shortlisting uses PET 2025 normalized scores, category-wise, at 15 times the advertised vacancies, including all candidates tied at the final cut-off. Candidates with a zero or negative absolute or normalized PET score are not shortlisted for the main examination.
Candidates whose PET 2025 result is marked Under Investigation or Provisional may apply provisionally; their shortlisting and selection depend on the Commission’s final decision in that investigation.
Hold the mandatory qualifications and supporting certificates by 1 December 2026. Submit one application and select every post you wish to be considered for and are eligible for; a post you do not select will not be considered.
Age and Reservation
The normal age range is 18–40 years; Farm Clerk is 21–30 years. For this October advertisement, age is reckoned on 1 July 2026. Upper-age relaxations differ by post under the service rules cited in the notice, so check your post rather than applying one relaxation to every category.
UP reservation benefits require the prescribed eligibility and certificates; candidates who are not UP domiciles are treated as unreserved. For EWS claims, the notice requires the prescribed certificate issued between 1 April and 1 December 2026, based on financial year 2025–26 income and valid for 2026–27.

Pay Levels
Level 3 (Rs 21,700–69,100): Commercial Tax Collection Amin, Land Acquisition Amin, Cooperative Agriculture Supervisor, Grihmata, Social Welfare Supervisor, Village Development Officer and Gram Panchayat Adhikari.
Level 2: Saranik, Farm Clerk and Salesperson list Rs 19,900–63,200. The Storekeeper and Clerk entries are labelled Level 2 but print the older Rs 5,200–20,200 pay band with Rs 1,900 grade pay. The notice gives no take-home salary.
Selection and Exam Pattern
Selection is through the written main examination under the notified service rules, after PET-based shortlisting; there is no interview. Eligibility and supporting records remain subject to scrutiny. Main examination: one objective paper, 100 questions, 100 marks, 120 minutes. Each correct answer carries 1 mark; each wrong answer attracts a 0.25-mark deduction. The examination date will be notified separately.
